SOLUTION

In order to provide a sophisticated and robust new business strategy and acquisition review
for our client, Clevers conducted a 2-month-long recruitment to find 3 local US-based experts,
industry workers and academics, who would be on a short-term contract to provide expert consultancy. Additionally, Clevers was able to recruit more than 15 experts who were able to provide phone and
US-based in-person interviews to help our clients with their analysis needs.

After listing up the major on/offline companies within the United States, Clevers was able to start recruitment on MDs who are in charge of healthcare accounts within the companies. In consideration to the time difference between Europe and the United States, Clevers recommended phone interviews to the client and after the successful completion of the first interview, we were able to figure out the right interview agenda to better match our client’s time schedule.
